Beauty For Ashes 2017 Edition Highlights
The Maiden Edition of Beauty for Ashes (Inspiring Young Widows and Single Parents) was all shades of awesomeness. This edition was tagged ‘Restoration’ – 2 Kings 8:6 and was held on the 20th of October 2017.
It was an evening of ‘inspiring stories’ of the fallen and risen, moments of bonding and elegant dinner. Bimtan Elufowoju, Pst Abby Olufeyimi, Pst Bolanle Olawale and the convener, Seyi Oyedeji shared so much insights and their experiences with the attendees. Gifts items were also presented to the widows and single parents in attendance.

The 2018 edition was tagged Beauty for Ashes with Rev Victoria Lawrence and Morenike Sunmola as guest speakers. It was an atmosphere of renewed hope and a scintillating atmosphere.
The true life shared experiences of women from ashes into beauty from Morenike Sunmola and Folashade was really motivational for all attendees. The question and answer time was one of the highlights of the evening Martina Hanson testimonial of how the charity has helped her was also impressive and gave a better insight into how the can be of assistance.
